Sigma has a unique interview process that is really fun! You meet with a recruiter first who determines if you are a good fit for our company culture as well as your work experience. Once you pass this level, you have 4 interviews in back to back succession covering 4 topics. Those interviewers then meet and decide. It's a quick process, so you don't hang on pins and needles waiting to find out if you got the job, or not.
