interview was one problem solving question, I think it was array problem using two pointers and, behavioural an the Director then offer. then there a review after a year in the role, nothing crazy

Interview
Screening, Tech Interview, HR Interview, Client Interview, Final Interview -> total of around 5-6 hours of talking, testing, and open discussions. Pretty warm atmosphere, not too judgmental if you make any mistakes, they also provide pretty in-depth feedback.
The process had two parts, first with hr and second with technical guys. The technical interview was very long, and we spoke about every my project, what we do and how skills I used there
