Signals interview questions

Interview process was ok. The 2nd round in-person interview with the CEO of the company had me waiting for 30 minutes to an hour past my interview time. The CEO, David Elkington, was late and just blamed it on his scheduler for the mix up. Very unprofessional.

Showed up to the interview and went to a conference room. Was asked some good questions but also really pointless ones like brain teasers and “gotcha” questions. I interviewed with the “CSM director” and was supposed to interview with the the COO? He didn’t show. Bad experience.
