Very simple interview. I applied via Linked in and was contacted via phone by the local HR. After an initial discussion, we set up a video call with the manager. The call was like a normal discussion, quite relaxed, and they suggested another call with a peer. After the second call, they gave me an offer which i accepted
Easy, informal interview process. I prepared by studying the job description, the website, and how my previous experience aligned with the role. I had an initial interview with an HR rep, then an interview with 2 senior managers, all by zoom.
A very friendly talk, nothing over complicated. First interview with HR, second interview with the department director. All done remotely. A very pleasant experience. They were friendly, answered all my questions, explained in detail the role.
