Very straightforward and smooth. The process for me at the time consisted of a recruiter/HR interview followed by a panel interview with the hiring manager + 2 members of the current team

Essentially questions reflecting the job description for the role I applied for such as:, "how do you approach X?", "What is your process for Y?"

Recruiter reached out to me did a quick screening, then first interview happened, technical (around sql) and behavioral questions. They were two guys. One from hr the other hiring manager
First interview is over the phone and feels very scripted. The questions were standard and recruiter was not able to clarify duties and responsibilities as much as I would have liked.

A typical question of how I would research an issue that I do not have the answer to, the recruiter stated many resources are available which leads me to believe that you're a one man search party if it's a difficult situation.
