Here are the most commonly searched roles for interview reports -
Their were in total 5 rounds.
1st round: Hr Call
2nd round: A set of three questions you have to send a video answering those questions.
3rd round: A 1-1 call with the head of marketing
4th round: Assignment round [the head of marketing shares an assignment you have to complete and then present to a panel]
5th round [2-3 hours]: on-site, you are asked to present the assingment solutions to a group of atleast 4-5 people [founder, Hom, Sales head and one more marketing person]
Final round: Founder round
The sad part is: that after such tedious process, they have the audacity to reject you for a reason that should have come into light in the 3rd round itself, when there was a F2F with the HOM.
Why would you waste a candidates time?
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What were your failures in your previous org and what did you do afterwards?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Signeasy (New York, NY) in June 2026
Interview
I had the first screen with the Recruiter, DG today. The first part of the interview went as planned. The recruiter said she has no further questions but then immediately asked me about my background starting with the earliest jobs I did (since she was interested in learning what I did in my earliest job to the latest, which is weird) and then she says what is the latest AI product I built and what was my specific role in it, and then she says, tell me about a time when I solved a technical problem and tried to explain this to a functional user? The last part of the screen moved to the comp expectation, the range posted online was greater than what she quoted on the call today, stating that the posted range is by the borough jurisdiction and since I am not in that borough, my target comp is not correct, at the same time, she complained that she needs to attend a different meeting.
Interview Position: Product Designer / Sales Executive
Interview Process:
The company visited our college for an on-campus placement drive. Candidates were allowed to apply for one or two roles. I applied for Product Designer and Sales Executive.
Round 1: Online Assessment
The first round consisted of aptitude questions and role-specific questions. For the Product Designer role, questions were related to UI/UX, product design, ideation, prototyping, and user interaction. Candidates had to type their answers on the computer.
Round 2: Group Discussion
Shortlisted candidates participated in a Group Discussion. A topic was given on the spot, and candidates discussed it as a group. The evaluation focused on communication skills, confidence, and participation.
Round 3: Interview
Candidates who cleared the GD round were shortlisted for the interview. Before the interview, candidates had to choose one role. The interviewer asked basic questions such as:
* Tell me about yourself.
* Explain your projects.
* Why did you choose this role?
* Questions related to communication and career goals.
Overall Experience:
The interview process was smooth and well organized. The questions were mostly focused on communication skills, projects, and understanding of the chosen role.
Result:
Not selected.
