Signify Technical Writing Intern interview questions

I applied online and within two business days I got an email asking to schedule a phone call interview. All the questions were the exact same ones on the application, and it lasted about 10 minutes. After three weeks I was told they moved forwarded with other candidates, which I was confused about because I gave the same answers in the phone interview that were on the job application.
