Interview
You interview with your future direct supervisor and if the interview goes well, they might call in some individuals that you would work with day-to-day. During the interview process, you may be required to take some personality tests.
The first interviewer was human resources. HR went over my work history asking me to tell about each position and company. I was asked to typical questions such as what makes you right for this position, what sets you apart from others, etc.
