Very simple and straight down the line. Phone interview, face to face interview the negotiations on the phone. Not perfect but it’s a lifestyle business and probably will always be that’s. That’s why I decided to decline.

Two interviews, first was a team meeting to have a 45 - 60 min conversation. The second interview was an in-person interview with a Test, This test covered the technical aspects and project aspects of SAP Business One. THen followed by an in-person interview.
