Sigray interview questions

Had a screening interview for 20 min followed by a one hour technical presentation with the hiring team. Most of the team members were late for the interview, there was no introduction given and none of them switched on their cameras so I just felt like talking to a wall. Once the interview was done they asked me to provide with the list of my references, after which I never received a follow up email which only shows unprofessionalism and disrespect to a candidate's time.
