Silgan Containers interview questions

Applied through their company site. I was invited for a phone interview 2 days later, but before the interview you must fill out a long questionnaire. I did that and had the phone interview, which went well, and I was invited in for an in-person interview. The unfortunate thing is, they require you to do an RPNow pre-employment assessment, which requires you to download software onto your computer to scan your room for other electronic devices and takes 2 hours. This is a ridiculous requirement, and it steered me away from pursuing a position with Silgan.
