Pretty quick and easy, very informal. Small company so you talk to C-suite for a manager role. Great, dedicated people worked there. They moved quickly, not lots of layers of bureaucracy to work through. Open to innovative ideas.

Swift and easy they just ask if you are reliable and be on time to work, they tell you the pay benefits and how the ramp works also how to work as a team so that way you could get breaks in between instead of standing in the sun all the time
