Interview with director, basic behavioral interview questions, went through one round of interviews, the interview wasn't too stressful or difficult, asked about my experience at school, what I do on my free time, and why I wanted the opportunity

1st Interview with the team went well. Very supportive and knowledgeable. 2nd interview with the CEO went south. Never met an interviewer who insisted to know what an employee did on their personal off time....sounds like army band of red flags regarding boundaries + work life balance.
