They were incredibly easygoing and created a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere throughout the interview process, which helped ease any nerves. I felt no pressure at all while speaking with them. The team came across as down-to-earth, approachable, and genuinely supportive and overall, they seemed like a fantastic group to be a part of.

Question 1
They were transparent about the commute, asking whether I would be comfortable driving up the canyon, especially since conditions can be challenging at times. I appreciated their consideration and honesty. They also emphasized that they are very understanding and flexible, offering to accommodate schedule changes on snowy days and allowing me to switch workdays based on the weather to ensure safety.

There isn’t really an interview process. You just show up they look at your resume, and ask you if you are ok working holidays. Since they are open year round.
