Recruiters were very helpful in the process. You start with a phone interview and then meet with department managers for another interview. You hear back pretty quickly if you get the job.

This was the by far the strangest interview I have ever had in my life. 2 young guys, one had never done an interview and it showed. He was immature. Bizarre is all I can say.
