I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Silvercar (Austin, TX) in Jan 2019
Interview
It was pretty quick and responsive from the get go. I had two phone interviews and then an in person interview. In person consisted of meeting with two product managers and a ux designer in a casual round robin and then with the product lead to discuss experience and whiteboard out some questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Silvercar (Austin, TX) in Mar 2020
Interview
There were three steps: phone screener, initial interview with team lead, then long in-person interview with three(ish) groups from different teams, plus review of design challenge prepared for the interview. Very easy scheduling, and responses to my application and subsequent communications were all quick and polite. Note, this all happened pre-Covid.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Silvercar in June 2019
Interview
I applied online, went through three rounds of interviews (all of which I initiated by contacting them), then Silvercar ghosted me. At least have the decency to tell me that I was turned down! If the interview process is any indication of how the company is run, it was probably a good thing.
