      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Silverline in Feb 2023

      Interview

A recruiter reached out to me about the role. After the initial conversation I had one peer interview that was pretty awkward. I was surprised when HR reached out to schedule a second interview. I thought that conversation went better, but I guess not - was ghosted by HR after that. I certainly don’t expect to be offered every role for which I apply, but I think it’s downright rude to drop someone without a word after three interviews, especially when they reached out first. Doesn’t say anything good about the organization if you ask me.

      Question 1

What are you looking for in your next role? Why would you be a good fit?

Dear Interviewer, As our Talent Acquisition Lead I wanted to follow up in response to your feedback and send my sincerest apologies for the negative experience you shared. As this is an anonymous review, I was unable to reach out to you directly with a personal follow up but I would surely appreciate & encourage you to check in with me to ensure that we have the opportunity to close the loop properly. That said, as a practice we absolutely make every effort to follow up with all candidates after their interview (whether that is a live call, text or email) and I very disappointed in myself if that wasn't the case for you but I do hope you can accept this apology and understand that sometimes things are accidentally missed and slip thru the cracks. Please know that it was absolutely not a conscientious "ghosting" as I we truly appreciate the time commitment made from your end to go thru an interview process. I truly believed that I had personally closed the loop with all candidates that interviewed over the past several months & I am happy to admit fault if not but please don't let my oversight reflect on Silverline as a whole. We truly are a firm full of wonderful people who try our best in all respects. Sadly, humans are fallible and sometimes we miss the mark but we learn from these things and strive to be better tomorrow :-) Apologies again & please feel free to contact me directly anytime. Sincerely, ~ Jason jason.litman@silverlinecrm.com

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Silverline (New York, NY) in Oct 2017

      Interview

I applied online. Then I interviewed with 8 different people, in various roles and levels of the company. There was also an online exercise to complete -- had to build something out in a sandbox org. They were very good about moving me through the process quickly.
