Dear Interviewer, As our Talent Acquisition Lead I wanted to follow up in response to your feedback and send my sincerest apologies for the negative experience you shared. As this is an anonymous review, I was unable to reach out to you directly with a personal follow up but I would surely appreciate & encourage you to check in with me to ensure that we have the opportunity to close the loop properly.
That said, as a practice we absolutely make every effort to follow up with all candidates after their interview (whether that is a live call, text or email) and I very disappointed in myself if that wasn't the case for you but I do hope you can accept this apology and understand that sometimes things are accidentally missed and slip thru the cracks. Please know that it was absolutely not a conscientious "ghosting" as I we truly appreciate the time commitment made from your end to go thru an interview process. I truly believed that I had personally closed the loop with all candidates that interviewed over the past several months & I am happy to admit fault if not but please don't let my oversight reflect on Silverline as a whole. We truly are a firm full of wonderful people who try our best in all respects. Sadly, humans are fallible and sometimes we miss the mark but we learn from these things and strive to be better tomorrow :-)
Apologies again & please feel free to contact me directly anytime.
Sincerely,
~ Jason
