I had a technical interview. Two panelists were there. They asked questions while going through the cv. They were very friendly. I was interviewed for about an hour. I was given a pen and a paper to answer the questions when required.

Interview
As a fresh graduate, I applied through LinkedIn for SE Java/C++ position. The first interview was with the HR manager then the second interview was with Engineering Manager and Tech Lead. The interview took more than one hour. Didn't ask any OOP questions.

The first interview is with few technical people related to the relevant job role. Then there is another interview with CTO and finally an interview with HR to discuss employee agreements.
