3 technical round of discussions (Based on .net core, mvc, angular and current project) Initial round was mix of technical discussion and machine test, There were 2 questions which were of average difficulty. you will have to share your screen and write code.

Hackerrank test completed in August first week. Got recruiter call more than a month later for interviews. Round1: DSA round with two engineers for 1 hour Round 2: 1 hour technical round with two engineers from their Europe office Rounds went well and received positive response immediately after second round. Recruiter asked all comp details(previous and expected). No offer made. Dirty game began. Hiring manager call: Call with manager of India team. No offer made. Manager suggested to take the counter offer but later leave the company once Simcorp offers. (Huge sign. Noted.) Got a verbal offer three days later below expectations. Recruiter stated that they are offering 34 lpa but manager had approved 1 lakh higher, asked to see if I will accept the lower offer(Another sign). So I asked him to give what the manager stated to avoid delay. Got a simple one line mail offering 35 lpa CTC(Third sign). No information on fixed, hra mentioned. Could not understand the offer as Gross pay is lower. Recruiter said that they are not allowed to share breakup but expect candidate to respond to the vague offer. Got a call a week later after the job was reposted(Another sign. understood that they are not serious and I started final talks with other companies.). Recruiter stated they can make 36 lpa but ghosted after the call. I accepted the other offer. Finally, they answered 3-4 days later to inform they went with another candidate. Wasted a lot of time with the unprofessional behavior but thankfully I understood their dirty games early on(and did not ignore the signs even though recruiter kept gaslighting). So keep in mind that they might even revoke the offer after giving it(as the hiring manager endorses such views). It also appears that they took interviews after a month of hackerrank test because somebody they offer did not join.
