There are few stages for the interview. The first stage was an online test, followed by an on-site computer test, a group simulation interview and a final interview involving HRs from different business units.

The interview was held online back in a few years ago due to the pandemic, it was around 1 hour with a few interviewers from Yayasan, R&D and Plantation. They focused on a few parts but especially emphasized on how I could bring value to the company usng my strength and what is my part in their industry
