Consisted of some personal experience questions followed by a pricing case. Interview was rescheduled with 30 minutes to go - there was no apology from the interviewer. Overall a very negative experience, the interviewer was unengaged and uninterested. Feedback on rejection was 'lack of experience' amongst other factors. If it is the case that the company requires experience for an internship role then please just reject before interview - no point wasting time.
The interview process consists of an initial round of brief introductory questions, followed by a presentation in English that candidates are expected to prepare in advance, and a case study. This entire process is conducted twice, each time with different consultants.

Das Bewerbungsverfahren bestand aus zwei Gesprächsrunden. Die erste Runde war ein klassisches HR-Interview mit Fragen zu Motivation, Lebenslauf und Erwartungen an das Praktikum. In der zweiten Runde folgte ein Case Interview mit Fokus auf Marktgröße, Pricing-Strategie und strukturiertem Denken. Besonders wichtig war es, strukturiert vorzugehen, Hypothesen aufzustellen und die eigene Denkweise klar zu kommunizieren. Der Gesprächston war insgesamt professionell, aber sehr freundlich und offen.
