Application review, skills assessment, 2-3 rounds of interviews introducing people from the team, usually will have 2-3 interviewers/observants. Interviews are mixed with case interviews, 30 minutes to an hour long.

Der gesamte Prozess lief sehr einfach und transparent. Die Gesprächspartner waren sehr nett & man konnte alle Fragen stellen. Cases waren herausfordernd, aber mit Vorbereitung gut machbar. Sehr angenehm war die zeitige Rückmeldung nach dem letzten Interview.
