Met with the Managing Partner and then the Executive Director. Called back to meet the office manager and then another Partner. All of them were very nice and you can tell that they are looking for people that will stick around, help build and grow the practice and show loyalty. They operate like a family and expect the other lawyers and administrative staff to behave the same way. Its been a good experience.
