They gave me three scenarios that could happen within the job and asked how I would solve them. One of the scenario's included walking into a customers house and seeing him/her collapsed and another asked what I would do if I knocked and rang the customer at the assigned time and had no answer.

I was asked multiple questions via a worksheet, e.g what is your biggest achievement

I had to read a made up care schedule and answer the questions about said schedule.
