Interview
During the interview Dave asked me a few questions about my experience in customer service and why I was interested in working at SimpliSafe. It was pretty relaxed. I also asked some questions about the company. After the initial interview I was asked to do a sample email response.

Two major steps in process. First you must pass a large group interview. Then, you are in a "40 hour interview" which means they closely observe your performance for a week.
