Interview first by non-technical people who can not answer any questions about the position at all. They simply write down your answers to cliche HR questions about work conflict. They stay totally silent, save a simple "Okay" when you finish your answer, and they finish writing. Second interview is by the manager. He will talk about himself more than asking about you, and he will like if you reference things that are familiar to him. There are written technical questions, but he may ignore them and ask a single question that has literally nothing to do with the position.
