Agency called and forwarded my cv and the following day I had my interview. Interviewer was very personable. Asked competency questions and about me questions. Showed me around the building and the free perks.

Pay and taxation questions/ competency. Also questions about were I had worked previously and me personally.
It felt like I was being sold the role which was nice.
