Interview
I had a difficult 3 stage interview. The first stage was a telephone interview which was around my personality fit and reasons as to why I wanted to get into recruitment. The second stage was a face to face which was more about my skills. I also did a presentation about the industry I was looking to get into. The final stage was a phone trial. This was to see if I was comfortable on the phone as it a phone based role.
A 3 stage process. Initial chat with HR to find out more on the phone.
Progress to a face to face with the Directors.
Final face to face presentation and 30 minute phone trial.
