Easy phone screen. Then an in-person interview followed with a "trial day". Was given leads that were over 2 years old and then expected to make calls and sell the product. After 2 hours of calls, sat with the CEO and analyzed the sales "data" trying to make BS insights on how to improve the process. Seems like the CEO has more experience doing business analysis then he does actually executing on business strategy. Extremely spastic guy and fairly unpleasant to work with. Biggest red flag was the fact that the CEO didnt seem to have any idea of how uncomfortable he made other people.
