I applied online. I interviewed at Sinch in June 2021
Interview
I've completed two interviews - the first was a 30min interview and second one was 1h long. My overall experience was very poor due to misinformation, having to wait around, and lack of feedback. During the first interview I asked about professional development opportunities, as it's very important to me, and I was told they had many of them without specifying what they were, but during the second interview, another interviewer revealed that it wasn't true and they actually didn't have any professional development opportunities or set budgets at all. There was also an over 3-week-long wait after the second interview and I was eventually told I didn't get to the final stage. I wasn't given any feedback or reasons why, even after I followed up politely asking for more information - after 2 interviews I consider this to be quite disrespectful.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very standard questions about experience, salary expectations
The interview process was drawn out. 7 steps, including 3 different panel interviews and an assessment. I found several questions asked during the "Top Grading" panel interview to be overly personal.

Question 1
They asked about my high school experience. I hardly remember high school (I've been in my field for over 10 years) and don't see how it is relevant unless this question is intended more for recent graduates just starting off their career?
