Unorganized, uncommunicative, and very slow. I first had an interview with the direct manager, but unfortunately received zero feedback. I assumed they were not interested, but then I received a request for a personality and logical thinking test three weeks later. In the follow up interview with the hiring person, it became clear that she didn't know I already interviewed with the manager and that the other hiring person had left the company. After another two days, I received an email saying unfortunately I'm not in the correct time zone! That information was not in the job description and seems they thought of that last, even though my location information was on my resume. Seems like complete chaos and a waste of time. Very unprofessional.
