Went for interview last Aug
Despite the email check ins (and with their HR POC supposedly updating my end on outcome), basically went into a black hole (don't know if the person is still with the organisation or not)

Interview
Had 2 sessions, before the official interview, had a chit chat teams call with the HOD. Quite pleasant as they kinda QC before shortlisting for interview. Actual interview had 3 person, direct reporting, HOD and HR. Said the HOD the other two didn’t talk much. Office space was not too bad but the HR didn’t flag out on where to wait and all and the interview turns out to be right after lunch so can be quite lost.

Is there a time where you are in crunch of timeline and things happen resulted unable to fulfil the task. How you handle and what you did?

Interview
3 stages: interview with hiring manager, writing test, interview with senior management. HR was quite prompt with responses and it was overall a smooth process. Standard types of documents asked - nothig unreasonable or noteworthy.

Guess it depends on each hiring manager, but mine considered culture fit - so they ask questions like style of management preferred, working alone vs working in a team etc
