Easy numerical assessment, given paper with a number of verbal and numerical questions. Time limit of 45 mins had to get a pass rate. Fairly easy enough. Got results straight away after the paper got marked and passed
Quick interview process, multiple people interviewed at a time. An informal process where you where given details about the job and the working environment. Also asked to fill out many forms

Interview
they called us in JD sports warehouse in Rochdale, basic calculation test, basic english test and thats it. afterwards the guy gave us induction ,we watched some presentation ,and then he took us inside warehouse and we spent like 6 hours on basic training involving how to handle boxes and stuff, but we were paid only for 3 hours.
