The process started with an informal meeting with the hiring manager. I then had formal interviews with the hiring manager, a member of the marketing team in a peer position, a member of the product management team in a peer position, and the CEO. Each person I met with was extremely well-qualified (at least 10 years' relevant experience in top companies in the field) and highly engaged at MemSQL, and I was left feeling it would be a good group to join.
