At first candidate have to give demo on hisbown field in front of panel then there will be technical round where candidate will be asked the random questions on his field after that there will be management interview which will be final round

A panel of experts with people from varied backgrounds interviews the candidates. Typically made of 5-6 people. Mostly judging suitability from academic background and what value the candidate would add to the institute in the role.
