After you have your CV passed, you will get a phone call from HR about basic information confirmation and be invited to offline group interview with HRBP and business lead about your past experience in Chinese and Spanish. There is also a language test of interpreting a piece of news from Spanish to Chinese and a required Spanish introduction. After passing that, you will have a meeting with regional lead, who will mainly test culture-fit and your personalities. In 2 weeks, you will get an offer call. If not, you may fail the interview.
