They reached out to me asking about my experience and resume. I had an initial interview and they explained that they only hire per project and althought I was qualified, I noticed that they were pushing to get a very low rate so I decided not to apply for the project.

They wanted to know experience and expected rate. They don't negotiate, if they think the rate is high,you get ghosted.

They reach out to me via Linkedin. The process was ok, the problem is when they start getting your visa and meets with clients. They promise a lot but no interview for more than half a year. They always get to you with something missing and that is the problem with they have not get you something
