There was four stages of the interview. You meet with a recruiter, then the department head, then you are given a case study to complete, after which you meet with the CEO if they are satisfied with your case study

How would you manage the pressure of a changing and demanding work environment?
The single-round online interview at Sinyar Property Management was straightforward but marred by the hiring manager's poor internet connection. The interviewers, including the hiring manager and HR representative, were respectful, but the lack of feedback post-interview was disappointing.
The hiring manager's focus on textbook procurement questions, rather than leadership skills, was surprising given the role's seniority. HR's questions hinted at potential department efficiency issues. The scheduling was handled well, but the post-interview silence indicated a gap in HR policy. The by-the-book culture might not be ideal for handling practical, time-bound issues. Overall, the experience was neutral, with room for improvement in feedback communication and candidate evaluation.
