Sirez interview questions

It was very easy, interviewer asked very basic questions. It was telephonic interview. They asked me about my experience and projects. They were very hurry in hiring, it was very clear that they just wanted to fill the position. They were not looking for most eligible candidate. First HR called me, then I had interview cum discussion with their team lead, followed by again hr round.

I was contacted by an hiring agency and asked for visit to give an interview. I am from IIT and my last package was around 7.5 LPA so I told him that they will offer you atleast 8 LPA. I visited the company and filled and simple introduction form along with resume. The location was really pathetic but working places was OK. They told as per the company norms we can't provide more than 3.5 LPA for 1 Year experienced candidate.
