First I got started off with a hirevue, then I had an hr call which was very informal. I then had first round zoom interview with Senior level Finance Executives and then had the final round with the senior vice president of finance.
I applied online. I interviewed at SiriusXM (Irving, TX) in Jan 2026
Interview
The overall process was quite lengthy and lasted about 4 months in total from application to decision. The actual interview process was quite fast and smooth and lasted about 3 consecutive weeks. The first interview was with the HR which was quite typical with salary expectations, explanation of the role they are hiring for and basic benefits which lasted about 30-40 mins. Next there were two seperate online interviews with the team lead and another team member. Both of them asked behavioural and scenario based questions. They try to understand what you might do and how you fair in different scenarios with team members, cross functional teams and higher management. The last round was with the director of the team which was also scenario based and checking if you are a good fit for the company.
