I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sisterson & Co
Interview
The interviewer was a partner and was very unprofessional. She thought I was interviewing for an internship when I specified that I was interviewing for a full time staff position. She seemed taken aback and very skeptical at the fact that I was planning to work and finish my masters degree at the same time. I received a rejection letter in the mail a week later. Why they didn’t send me an email instead of a physical letter, I’ll never know.
Thank you for your feedback. We have found that others feel similarly about mailed letters and we are looking into revising how we communicate with candidates.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sisterson & Co (Pittsburgh, PA) in Sept 2015
Interview
The interview was very laid back. I had two interviews with two different partners. They did not ask me any tricky questions, just about my experience and why I wanted to work for Sisterson.

Interview
My interview was an on campus interview, so you begin in June with other recent college graduates. Basically my interviewer just went through my resume and asked me to discuss it. Also, I was asked about my favorite accounting course.
