I thought the recruiting process was very poor. I was really excited about the company because of what they did and the talent on the team. The CEO seemed so disinterested in speaking and seemed to busy to pitch his company. The engineering manager did a poor job of talking about the company and priorities are constantly shifting.
I interviewed for software engineer. And got a email with a link to a quiz you need to complete. Consists of coding questions. The coding questions are probably easy level on lc. Takes about an hour
Online assessment, followed by a technical screening. If passes will get into an onsite interview. The process is not too fast or too slow. The interview was at medium level.
