Site Technology interview questions

A small interview was conducted on Campus. After that I was called to an interview at their offices. Then another group interview in which we presented a technical sales presentation. 2 weeks later they called for another Skype interview. After going through 4 interviews I didn't even deserve an email or a call to say that I have not been selected. However, what I got is negative feedback which was communicated to a friend applying with me to the position (Very unprofessional). Very lengthy procedure. Very Unprofessional (Selection reasons should be kept confidential and not revealed to other applicants). Calling at 8 am on Sunday for an interview on Sunday is also very unprofessional.
