you have to pass two interviews the first one : you interduce your self and you want to work for the company the second one : they ask you in details your experience and studies

Called into interview directly after receiving the application. Started with emphasising the relaxed nature of the situation and the preference of method and thought process to be demonstrated over memory or knowledge. Overall very open and the interviewers (the head of the stress analysis department and a previous intern) were extremely friendly, helpful and eager to listen.
