I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Six Flags (Vallejo, CA) in July 2016
Interview
After checking in you are taken to a large room with other interviewees. It sounds intimidating, but it actually loosens you up and it feels like a big group conversation. Although you are technically competing with these other interviewers, you can actually use that to your advantage and "one-up" them in a sense. It gives you a chance to see other peoples answers and compare yourself to them.Alternatively, you can take the initiative to answer first and get noticed.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Six Flags (Kansas City, MO) in Mar 2018
Interview
Apply online or in person, it takes them about 2-3 weeks to get back to you depending on the park. they'll call you in for a interview. first there is a group interview where you will have to do stuff with people you don't know, and they'll give you scenarios to answer. as long as you make sure you are outgoing and have good teamwork you should be fine, after you get the job there is a one on one interview with the manger of your department
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Six Flags (Santa Ana, CA) in Mar 2017
Interview
I submitted my application to Six Flags online in February of 2017. I received a call back from their HR depratement, requesting to schedule an interview. I did so, and waited a few weeks. I drove to the back of the park where their HR departement was located. I recieved my interview, and was informed a week later that I met the qualifications, and have recieved the job.
