I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sixt (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2015
Interview
I submitted my application online and received an email a few days later. We set up a short phone interview. The call was with HR and was more to check if I meet the requirements than an actual interview. I was invited to a formal interview and talked to the Branch Manager and Sales Performance Manager at a cafe. It was an informal setting, that put everyone at ease. We talked about my experience in sales and the various different ways how I would deal with upset customers.
