I was given a topic ahead of time to prepare a teaching demo (10-15 minutes) and then “taught” my lesson to the two interviewers who posed or acted as my students.

Kind and understanding when I needed to reschedule due to illness. Very relaxed vibe from the interviewers. Never heard from them after the interview again though, which would have been nice.
