Three interviews. A phone interview with recruiter to learn more about the position and to see if you will be a good fit. A video interview hiring manager. An in person interview with the director.
Received an interview invite from the internal recruiter a couple days after I applied on their website. Had a nice chat over teams and they said they’d reach out in a few weeks (that’s when I would have completed my degree), but never did and did not respond to my follow up emails.
