It was very relaxed. I submitted a resume via their website and heard back instantly. The manager of the store I was interviewing for was on vacation so the COO took his time in order to interview me which says a lot in terms of how they care for their employees. It was a phone interview and about an hour long. Never felt stressed and it turned into more of a conversation. The interview process took about 2 weeks but only due to my scheduling.

Asked to describe previous job experience. Questioned how I would handle certain situations, and how I have handled these type situations in the past. Asked how well I would work in a team oriented environment.
