There were 3 rounds of interview. 1st Hr 2nd managerial 3rd higher management After 3rd round you'll have salary negotiation and then you can be hired. I was interviewed for remote position.

Process was ok, but could use clearer communication. I received an email to conduct an intake styled interview via phone, then had a phone interview with a recruiter, then a virtual interview with the hiring manager. What was a bit unusual, was that I was sent a personality assessment before the initial intake interview, and because I had not received any other communications from them, I though it may have been a fake message. It wasn't until the recruiter called to ask why I hadn't done it, that I realized it was legitimate and safe to proceed.
